The only thing that is certain is that during your vacation you will find a thousand reasons on the headland between Kastela Bay and Split Canal to go there again soon.
A palace and a cathedral ...
A must is a visit to Diocletian Palace. This Roman palace system is the most important building from Roman times in Dalmatia and measures 30,000 square meters. In the center of the palace area there is a inner courtyard framed by Corinthian columns with a likeable café.
